• Assistance to the Enterprise in labor recruitment, labor agreement execution, human resourcesmanagement  and salary payment; 
   
• Consultancy for issues concerning disciplines/ dismissal of the labors, termination of laboragreement, social insurance, medical insurance, unemployment allowances, income tax structurefor labors and managing officials, working and rest time, labor conditions, labor license for theforeigners; 
   
• In the event of labor disputes, we could provide the clients with the most effective settlementsthrough negotiationor litigations if necessary.
