Contractual Documentation and Negotiation

VLG will provide legal consultancy for participation in the international contracts or domestic contracts, including but not limited to the followings: 

Client is the project developer:  

We will comprehensively provide consultancy for compiling organization of contractual documents, including but not limited to: 

•  Consultancy issues concerning conditions, mode and procedures, other legal issues to ensure thelegality of the contractual documents;
   
• Consultancy  and assistance in drafting legal documents, contract dossiers; 
   
• Consultancy for building plan in contracts;
   
• Consultancy for negotiation, Agreement execution with the contractor right after the results areannounced and other issues concerning the contract procedures as required by the clients and in compliance with the law.

Client is the contractor:

•  Consultancy for selectionof the partners;
   
•  Joint negotiation with the contract partners (including representing the contractor to negotiatedirectly with the partners, drafting and/or advising the Joint Agreement between the Contractors anPartners…to protect the best benefits of our clients); 
   
• Consultancy for ensuring the performance of the Joint Venture Agreement of the partners includingthe dispute settlements between the contractor and partners (if any) ;
   
• Consultancy for and/or dossier participating the contract to ensure the legality and sufficiency ofthe Contract Dossier’s contents; 
   
• Consultancy for negotiation the Agreementwith the host of the project when winning the contract;
   
• Other Consultancyas required.
