VLG will provide clients with legal opinions and practical solutions concerning Lending Agreements, foreign exchange, profits transfer, tax counting and other banking financial transactions.

For foreign lending agreements, our services include: 

• Consultancy for issues concerning foreign lending agreements; 
   
• Participation as independent lawyers providing Legal opinions to ensure the compliance withregulations of law as required by the Lender; 
   
• Registration of the Lending Agreement at the State Bank of Vietnam and/ or its branches inprovinces;
   
• Drafting and/or consideration of the legality of provisions in the Lending Agreements; 
   
• Consultancy for issues concerning the Lending agreements at the Bank at the request of clientsto protect their rights.
