• Advising and assisting clients on all commercial issues of enterprise such as documentation of contractual documents of different kinds such as lease agreements, purchase agreements, sales and distribution agreements, agency agreements and services agreements, etc
   
• Advising and assisting client in negotiation with partners and competent authorities, etc. in relation to contractual documents
   
• Advising on advertising, promotion, import and export, customs, product safety and labelling and warranty, etc. in business activities of the client
