Consultansy on official development assistance

Services will be provided basing on the specific objectives and requirements of each project:

• Policy and institutional consultancy: Research, assessment on the policy system and existing institution, recommendation of orientation and necessary measures for reform and completion…
   
• Legal advice: Collection, systemization, update of the existing legal framework, analysis and assessment, recommendation of amendment, supplement and/or new policy adoption…       

• Management consultancy: Drafting of TOR, consultancy for monitoring, management, administrative procedures, including selection of sub-contractor to implement the projects… 

• Statistic & sociological survey: Surveys carried out throughout Vietnam for statistic or sociological conclusions as required in the projects.  

• Training: Assistance of training courses basing on the objectives or direct training for projects of enhancing capacity.  

• Public relations: Introduction of activities and results of the projects for social subjects who are interested in. 

• Information administration: tabase for project implementation or objectives. 

• Independent supervision and assessment: Supervision of implementation orindependent assessment for results of project realized by the Sub-contractor
